Kelley is licensed in Kansas as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Supervisor (LCPC-S) and a Licensed Clinical Addiction Counselor (LCAC). Kelley serves as the lead clinician on the Central Kansas Debriefing and Peer Support Team and assists the 10-33 Foundation.

Kelley is honored to serve first and secondary responders, military and emergency personnel, as well as their families with the knowledge and respect of the culture of the calling.   
Kelley believes we all have potential to improve our lives, no matter our situation. It is often ineffective coping skills and life stressors which have led to a pattern of behavior leading to distress and disappointment. New insight and perspective, as well as the ability for introspection and self-evaluation, can facilitate change. Kelley believes we can then be productive and successful as God designed. There is Hope.

Stacey Farris, LPC

Stacey has lived in Great Bend for the majority of her life. She loves how the community has evolved over the past 20 years and feels blessed to have an opportunity to serve this area. Stacey received a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Nebraska in Omaha. In 2018, she earned a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Fort Hays State University. She completed her internship at Healing Hearts Ranch where she learned much as a clinician and an individual. She is grateful for the opportunity to work closely with the other therapists at Avenues for Change.

Stacey's client base includes individuals, couples, and families. While she often utilizes a multi-modal approach, the therapeutic approach she most frequently uses is Solution Focused Brief Therapy. Stacey enjoys working with clients who are committed to growth in their lives. She believes seeing people progress toward their personal goals is very rewarding.

Kenzie Hoch, LMSW

Therapist

Kenzie is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong foundation in social work and a commitment to supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Kansas State University in 2018, followed by a Master of Social Work with a clinical focus from the University of Kansas in 2019. Currently, Kenzie is working toward achieving clinical level licensure to expand her expertise and provide comprehensive therapeutic services. 

 

With experience in a diverse range of settings, including child welfare, mental health, and school social work, Kenzie brings a well-rounded perspective to her practice. She currently works full time as a school social worker and plans to serve clients at Avenues for Change in Great Bend evenings and some saturdays. Kenzie utilizes a strengths-based therapeutic approach, assisting clients in accessing their God given strengths and resilience to foster growth, improve coping skills, and achieve a safe, fulfilling life. She has a particular passion for working with adolescents, college students, and young adults, helping them navigate the complexities of school, relationships, and personal development. Kenzie is a member of the School Social Work Association of America and the Kansas School Social Workers Association.

Toni Lovett

Counseling Intern (Masters)

Critical Incident Stress Management Trained

Toni is currently working towards her LPC licensure for the State of Kansas. She is currently working as an intern with Avenues for Change. She received her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Sam Houston State University in 2001 and a master’s degree in forensic psychology from Arizona State University in 2021. She expects to graduate with her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Wake Forest University in 2025.

Toni is transitioning careers to counseling from a lifetime of service as a first responder, including volunteer firefighter, emergency medical technician, correctional officer, and emergency dispatcher. Toni hopes to serve first responders and their families as they navigate through life’s journeys.

Toni is a member of the American Psychological Association, the American Counseling Association, and the Kansas Counseling Association. Toni is a member of the Central Kansas Debriefing Team, is certified in Peer Support from KLETC, and is a member of the 10-33 Foundation.
